SHIPPING FAQ

All orders are shipped via USPS and have a tracking number. Orders are shipped out within 1-7 business days of original order placement date. Please use the tracking number provided in your shipping confirmation to track your package at USPS.com. Orders are shipped Monday-Friday with the exception of USPS holidays. Shipping prices are calculated during check out and are based on weight and location. Please confirm that your shipping address is correct during checkout and in your order confirmation email as we are NOT responsible for packages that are delivered to the incorrect address, lost, or missing.

If you have entered the wrong address and need us to change it prior to shipment please email us at jackandbecshop@gmail.com as soon as possible. It is not possible for us to change an address after you have received your shipping confirmation so please make sure your address is correct in your order confirmation email and includes your unit number/apt number if applicable.

If your package is returned to us due to an insufficient address provided you will have the option to purchase another shipping label or to accept a partial refund. We do not refund shipping charges!

If your package was marked delivered but you never received it please wait a few business days as some packages are often accidentally marked delivered by your carrier then turn up later. If your package still doesn't turn up you can follow the steps provided by USPS to help locate your package at this link —-> https://www.usps.com/help/missing-mail.htm

If you never received your package and your shipping address is correct you can follow the steps provided by USPS to help locate your package at this link —-> https://www.usps.com/help/missing-mail.htm We do not refund lost or missing packages!

If we do not offer shipping to your country please reach out to us via email or Instagram DM's so we can calculate shipping prices for you and add it to our website!

***We HIGHLY encourage you to choose PRIORITY SHIPPING at checkout to ensure your package is at least partially insured and that you receive it in a timely manner. Priority packages are almost never lost!

RETURN POLICY

At Jack & Bec our ultimate goal is make sure our supporters are happy! If you have an issue with your order or changed your mind and would like to get started on a return please send an email to jackandbecshop@gmail.com to notify us of your return and get started on the process.

Returns and exchanges are only available on select items (stated in the item description) within 14 days of your order placement, please email us before shipping your item back to us to ensure return eligibility.

If you would like to return an item you may ship the item back to us for a refund. The item must be received in the condition it was sent in to receive a full refund of the product itself, we do not refund shipping charges and you are responsible for shipping coverage back to us. We do not offer returns on items or goods that have been worn, damaged, been exposed to pet dander/hair, or washed. If your item is returned to us in this condition your refund may be docked 15$ for a restock/cleaning fee.

If you would like to exchange an item for another size/style you may ship the item back to us. The item must be received in the condition it was sent in to receive an exchange. You are responsible for shipping coverage back to us and will be required to purchase another shipping label for your exchange. Please use the size guide and make sure to choose the correct size at checkout to avoid exchanges. We do not offer exchanges on items that have been worn, damaged, been exposed to pet dander/hair, or washed. If your item is returned to us in this condition you may be responsible for 15$ for a restock/cleaning fee.

Please make sure to send your shipment with a tracking number. If your return package does not have tracking and never makes it back to us we will not be able to process your refund. Once you return/exchanges an item from your order your whole order is considered final sale and no further returns or exchanges from that order may be accepted.

All sale items are final sale. No returns will be accepted.
